Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time.

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.

Sessions are considered confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

2. Location & Safety

Sessions take place at Brian Gomez Photography’s private home studio in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

• The full address and entrance details will be provided after booking.
• The studio space is sanitized and prepared before each session to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
• Please arrive on time and follow the instructions for entering through the designated client entrance.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session.

• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another available date within the same seasonal session period, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-shows will forfeit both the session and deposit.

4. Late Arrivals

Sessions are scheduled back-to-back and begin promptly at the reserved time.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client.
• Missed time due to late arrival cannot be extended or rescheduled.

5. Image Usage & Copyright

All images are the copyrighted property of Brian Gomez Studio.

• Images may not be altered, edited, filtered, or sold without written permission.
• By booking, clients grant Brian Gomez Studio permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless a written request is submitted prior to the session date.
• Clients receive a personal-use license for printing and sharing delivered images.

6. Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered via Pixieset within 1–2 weeks of the session date.

• Raw or unedited images are not included and will not be provided.

7. Liability

Brian Gomez Studio is not responsible for injury, illness, property damage, or loss occurring before, during, or after the session.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or circumstances beyond the studio’s control, liability is limited to rescheduling the session or refunding the deposit.

8. Responsibility for Other Parties

The individual booking the session is responsible for ensuring that all participants are aware of and agree to these terms. Attendance at the session constitutes acceptance of these policies by all parties present.

9. Agreement

By booking a Seasonal Portrait Session with Brian Gomez Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions at the time of booking.
